Getting my act together
Back officially training and doing my own things! I don’t think I am doing rowing this year..if anything, for sprint season which january-June!
I’ve been doing Paleo and it’s great. Today was upper body (dead) + 15 min incline walk (incline at the highest it can go) and I alternated between 3.5 mph and 4 mph! That got my heart rate up and kept it at a minimum of 171 :) I feel great! Feeling sore already and will feel it even more tomorrow! Hitting abs tomorrow!
Gotta build up that sexy muscle and lift heavy and work my ass off! No goal weight..it’s all in how I look!
